Established in 1929, Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Inc. (ΙΦΛ) is the first African American Greek-lettered business sorority established by African American businesswomen. There are now more than 50 chapters with an approximate membership of 900 Sorors stretching across the width and breadth of our country, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

To unite in a sisterhood qualified business and professional women who will encourage, inspire, nurture, and assist persons engaged in business vocations.
